Dates are set for 2011 Pedal Nation – The Bicycle Show

The 2010 Pedal Nation Bicycle Show was so much fun for all involved (and Exhibitor feedback was unanimously positive) that we have decided to have Round 2 in 2011.  Round 1 included 4,000+ attendees, 110 exhibitors, 400 exhibitor staff, and ~100 Pedal Nation Volunteers.  Round 2 is set for April 8, 9, & 10, 2011 – Oregon Convention Center – Portland, OR.  More details and info will flow over the next months as we add additional bike related activities to the weekend, which will insure 2011 to be even more fun and entertaining for all involved – www.pedalnationevents.com + www.facebook.com/pedalnation + www.twitter.com/pedalnation

Day 1 pics

Ride the MAX!!!!!!

Best way to arrive to show is by Max.  The Oregon convention ctr has limited bike parking.  Also the parking garages fill up quickly (by 9 am yesterday).   Please walk, take bus, or take Max to the show.  Biking is great, but just be aware of limited bike parking.
No bikes are allowed to be brought inside except by registered exhibitors with credentials.  All bike parking is self lock too. Bring a lock!

Setup day 1

A long day setting up on Thursday….but worth every second.  I tried to take pics, but my hands were busy most of the day once NWSOF, WTF, NWTA, and Marin started setting up the demo/dual stunt area & gold sprints…

I can't wait for everyone else to move in on Friday… plus OBCA, Little nutty kid zone,  & Pimp bike too
